To reply to group's discussion, you first have to join a group. 

Once you choose the group, go to the group's homepage.  Scroll down to the Discussions box, where you will see each discussion that is taking place between group members.  Choose the discussion you would like to add a comment to.  Underneath each discussion topic there is a reply box.  To reply, simply type your comment in the box and submit it.
