Non members need to register for membership before you can invite them into your Network or into Custom Networking Groups.  You can invite NON Longislandbiz2biz.com members to network with you by clicking on [Invite a Friend] (also found in the USER MENU (figure 1.2 at left).  Your friend will recieve an email letting them know that you recommend this site.

Once registered you will recieve an email that your friend is now a member and you can then send him/her an invitation to join your Network.
