You can invite current Longislandbiz2biz.com members into your personal Network and you can also invite them into one or more of the Custom Networking Groups that you have joined. 

To invite another member into your Network - simply browse the member profiles - Found Here  and click on the member that you wish to invite into your group.  You will be taken to that member's profile. (See Figure 1.1 below)

Note the Connection Paths Window at the bottom of this screen shot - you see that you don't yet have a connection with this member - if you did it would indicate that you already have a connection.

Click on [Request Connection] to send an invitation to Network to this member.  You can also send this member a Private Message (PM) or an email if you like.
