Who can add a group bulletin and what are they?

Only group members can post group bulletins.  These bulletins are just like forums, where you can chat back and forth with each other, share information, schedule events etc.  To add a bulletin, click "GROUP BULLETINS" under "GROUP FUNCTIONS".  All members of that group will receive a PM (private message) when there has been a new group bulletin posted to the group.
