Rockville Centre Commercial lines Insurance Agency, has been in business for 20 years, and seeks Commercial Lines Account Manager/Executive. A minimum 3 years commercial insurance experience is a must with a focus on customer service and marketing.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Respond to and initiate customer interaction

Generate Binders, Certificates of Insurance, ID cards, New and Renewal quotes

Review of expiration lists and collect renewal information Review Application and policies for correct and accurate customer information Market renewals and follow up for carrier quotes

Prepare billing request forms

Bind and review coverage.

Review activities on a regular basis and resolve issues as needed

Maintain accuracy of Client files.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Take charge Individual with Minimum 3 years of Multi-Line Property and Casualty Commercial Insurance Experience.

2. Must display strong Customer service focus handling medium and large Commercial Insurance accounts.

3. Ability to negotiate effectively with Insurance Carriers.

4. Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

5. Good problem solving skills a must.

6. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.

7. Creativity in resolving unique and challenging problem situations.

8. Must have good Computer skills with working knowledge of word, excel, and outlook. 9.Knowledge of Applied Agency Management and Insurance Carrier systems a plus.
